The John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art in Sarasota was founded in 1927 and contains 21 spacious art galleries, housing a wealth of art works and masterpieces from all over Europe and the USA. Other highlights at the museum include colorful tapestries, sculptures, photographs and a courtyard, with large statues of gods from Greece and Rome.
